Handford Hall Sports Dome, Handford Hall Primary School, Ipswich, Suffolk
Client: Suffolk County Council
The deteriorated coverings to this sports dome we in need of refurbishment. It has an 18mm
plywood decking, and is now covered in a Sarnafil light grey PVC single ply roofing membrane, bonded in a solvent adhesive, with all
laps hot air welded.
Kirkley Childrens Centre, Kirkley Street, Lowestoft, Suffolk

A new build project consisting of a high performance felt vapour control
layer, 120mm PUR Insulation Board, and new Sarnafil lead grey PVC single ply roofing membrane, fully adhered with a solvent adhesive,
with all laps hot air welded. For maximum visual impact, an aesthetic detailing of Sarnafil Décor Profiles were installed to give the
effect of a standing seam roof.
Langley School, Langley, Norfolk

The client wanted to infill an area between 2 buildings to create a new dining room space.
We installed a new Sarnafil G410-12EL lead grey PVC single ply roofing membrane, fully adhered with a solvent adhesive with all laps
hot air welded. In addition, we had to create a new designated walkway using Sarnafil Walkway Tiles.
Lothingland Middle School, Jay Lane, Lothingland, Suffolk

This project was a Polisystem single ply overlay system. There are 5 different
pitched roofs, as shown below, totalling over 1200M2. There is also over 200LM of gutter detail. The job involved preparing the existing
coverings, consisting of copper sheet roofing covered with Belzona liquid waterproofing. Once prepared, a single layer roof covering
(Polisystem Single Ply) with a fleece back, was fully adhered to it. The gutter detail duplicates this.
New House, Aldeburgh, Suffolk

This contract was a new build which required a flat roof on it. The system specified
was Sarnafil G410-12EL lead grey PVC single ply roofing system. This roof had lots of detail varying from an internal gutter
system, to some unusual perimeter details, as shown in the photographs. The specification for the project was a high performance
felt vapour control layer, 100mm PUR insulation board, bonded to the deck using a PU adhesive, and a fully adhered single ply membrane.
Southend Hospital, Southend-on-Sea, Essex

This project was a new build project, with a corrugated metal decking. The final
roof covering on this contract is a Sarnafil light grey single ply roofing system. We also undertook some cladding
works to the stairwell on this building as depicted within the photographs.
Sure Start Centre, Water Lane, Lowestoft, Suffolk

A new build project consisting of a high performance felt vapour control
layer, 120mm PUR Insulation Board, and new Sarnafil lead grey PVC single ply roofing membrane, fully adhered with a solvent
adhesive, with all laps hot air welded. We also installed the new powder coated metal fascia and box gutters to match.
Valley Primary School, Gentry Place, Norwich, Norfolk

A large refurbishment project which involved
removing the existing felt roof coverings, previous asphalt and fibreboard roofing. The concrete deck was then prepared for
an overlay with a Sarnafil Self Adhesive Vapour Barrier, 100mm Sarnatherm Insulation, and Sarnafil G410-20EL light grey
PVC single ply roofing system, to achieve a 20 year single point insurance backed manufacturer’s warranty.
Shadwell Court, Thetford, Norfolk

A refurbishment of a Grade I listed building. The new roof coverings were a lead grey Sarnafil
PVC single ply system, fully adhered to a plywood decking, with all laps hot air welded. The finished system incorporated a 20 year
single point insurance backed manufacturer’s warranty.
